Yoga w/ Professor Jeff Holler

Join Professor Holler as he hosts Yoga Practice sessions throughout the Fall. This is a FREE Bi-Weekly Event OPEN to All Faculty, Staff, & Students! Practice begins promptly at 5:30pm, so Please arrive by 5:20pm! For any questions, please email [email protected]. Thanks, and Have Fun!
The practice is designed for a broad spectrum of participants that can be adapted to individual need. The practice helps to develop mindfulness through asana (postures), pranayama (breathing practice), Yoga Nidra (deep relaxation), and meditation. Practice will be modified based on the participant’s physical condition. The instructor may offer physical adjustments as needed to move more fully into a given asana (posture). Bring a yoga mat if you have one. If not, a mat and any other supporting props will be provided. Wear comfortable clothing. Some Yogic concepts and their application to modern daily life, especially regarding stress management, may also be discussed depending on participant request/questions.
