This web site, forms, electronic documents, and materials we publish endeavor to comply with best practices and standards as defined by Section 508 of the U.S. Rehabilitation Act and level AA of the World Wide Web Consortium (W3C) Web Content Accessibility Guidelines 2.0.
Our ongoing efforts include:
- Web pages run through a W3C compliant validators to monitor compliance with WCAG guidelines.
- Providing documents in accessible formats, including properly tagged PDFs
- Ensuring adequate color contrast and readable font sizes
- Adding alternative text to images and meaningful link descriptions
- Structuring content with proper headings for screen reader compatibility
- Testing our materials with assistive technologies
