Welding Fabrication

Building off the Welding Fundamentals foundation, this class will focus on FCAW welding, but students will also get practice with GMAW welding processes in multiple positions. This course will provide the framework for understanding and reading blueprints, and fabrication math.  Guided by industry expert instructors, students will receive comprehensive training and learn how to apply newly acquired skills, meeting industry standards and obtaining industry recognized credentials. Upon completion, students are eligible to attempt the D1.1 FCAW Plate Welder qualification exam aligned with the American Welding Society (AWS). Supplies and testing are included in the tuition for this class.

Prerequisite: Successful completion of Welding Fundamentals and qualify in at least ONE welding position.
