Student Leadership Series: Leadership Hot Seat

(OPEN — ALL STUDENT LEADERS)

Wednesday, 4/1, 5-6 p.m.

Middletown Campus: Cornerstone Hall, Room 601

Zoom

Students will work in small groups and take turns stepping into the “leader” role during short, scenario-based rounds. Each round presents a realistic challenge—such as conflict, miscommunication, workload, or time pressure—and the leader must explain how they would address it. Practice real-time decision-making, communication, and confidence. Developed by a Student Ambassadors LIT group.
