Entering the professional world requires more than technical skills—it requires self- awareness, adaptability, and strong communication. This session focuses on how student leaders can translate their campus leadership experience into the workplace while managing imposter syndrome and avoiding the pressure to “prove” themselves. Students will leave with practical tools for showing initiative, building trust, and contributing meaningfully without feeling like they have to be the smartest person in the room.
