Join us for a relaxing guided painting session designed to help student leaders unwind and explore creative expression as a powerful stress‑management tool. As you paint, hosts will share simple techniques for using art to reset, refocus, and support your well‑being. All materials provided—just come ready to create and breathe. Developed by a Student Ambassadors LIT group.
