STEM Week YOGA with Jeff Hollar

The Hatha Yoga practice is designed for a broad spectrum of students, beginning to intermediate, and some advanced level depending on the student’s ability and comfort level. Practice incorporates asana (postures), deep relaxation, breathing focus, and meditation. Practice can be modified based on the student’s physical ability and will help maintain your natural condition: a body of optimum health, strength and flexibility, a clear and calm mind, and a life filled with peace and joy. The instructor may offer physical adjustments as needed to assist moving more fully into a given asana (posture). Bring your yoga mat if you have one. If not, one can be provided. Supporting props such as a bolster, yoga blocks, yoga bricks, and straps are provided as needed. Please wear comfortable clothing
