Mindfulness Meditation

Drop-in with Janet on Tuesdays from 2pm-2:30pm for Mindfulness Meditation. Meditation has a positive relationship with better health and well-being. Janet has been practicing meditation for over a decade and we are grateful for her willingness to share the benefits with us.
