Drop-in Yoga for Everybody

This class is designed for a broad spectrum of students from beginning to intermediate, and some more advanced level. Each class incorporates asana (postures), pranayama (breathing practice) Yoga Nidra (deep relaxation), and meditation. It can be adapted, adjusted and accommodated based on the student’s physical condition using available props. The class will help you maintain your natural condition: a body of optimum health, strength and flexibility, senses under total control, a well-disciplined, clear and clam mind, and a life filled with peace and joy. Om shanti, shanti, shanti. 🙏
Every Tuesday and Thursday at 5:50-6:30pm in the Student Union Building Rm 217
Please be on time. Please bring your mat if you have one. Props will be provided. No cost!
