Denim Day
Wednesday, April 30 @ 8:00 am

Join Laurel Ridge Community College and Fauquier County Domestic Violence Sexual Assault Advocacy Program (FCDVSAAP) in support of Denim Day. Denim Day is an International Event that started almost 30 years ago as a protest. It has risen to become a full movement in response to an overturned Italian Supreme Court Sexual Assault case. The case was overturned all because the Victim was wearing Tight Denim Jeans. Please wear Denim Jeans to show support for Sexual Assault Survivors and the Denim Day cause. The FCDVSAAP will also host a table in Wolk Hall Lobby with informational materials and support documents for Students and Staff to review and pickup.
