Aaron Fletcher
Mr. Fletcher brings over 18 years of experience in construction, including expertise in project coordination, schedule development, change order preparation, and forensic claim analysis. He has worked on major infrastructure projects worldwide and currently serves as a Senior Project Controls Engineer for the $4+ billion Hampton Roads Bridge Tunnel expansion. Mr. Fletcher is a certified Planning and Scheduling Professional (PSP) and has contributed to numerous industry publications. He has also been recognized as a “Distinguished Young Professional” by the Construction Managers Association of America.

Director of Regulatory Strategy and Intelligence at Trex Company, Inc.
With 28 years of experience in the building products industry, Jenny Hershberger leads regulatory strategy and compliance efforts at Trex Company. She specializes in building code testing and warranty compliance on a global scale. In her free time, Jenny enjoys camping and hiking with her family and dog.
