The event is from 9am – 3pm, and the competition itself starts at 10am and ends at 2pm

This is an individual competition, but you can ask other competitors for hints and advice, but no Answers!
This is a friendly competition, so there is NO Attacking other competitors!
There is NO Sabotaging others in any way!
