Employee Spotlights

Laurel Ridge Community College Campus Police Officer Sandy Seabaugh arrived at the college a few courses short of her associate degree. Under the guidance of Chief Jay Roy, she is working on her doctorate now.

Retired Page County Public Schools Suprintendent Donna Whitley-Smith is now serving on Laurel Ridge Community College’s Educational Foundation Board. She says the college brings hope and opportunity to the rural community of Page County.

Dr. Rekha Parameswaran came to Laurel Ridge to launch its Physical Therapist Assistant Program, a satellite of Germanna Community College’s PTA program. Now, she is helming the program as it becomes an independent, accredited program provider.
