The Commonwealth of Virginia provides this grant to qualified legal residents of Virginia who are enrolled in 1-8 credits and it cannot exceed the tuition and fee charge for your total number of credits.
Starting 2024-25, expands program eligibility from a minimum of 1 credit-hour up to the maximum amount of credit hours for part-time enrollment (i.e., 11 credit hours) and expands program to cover tuition, fees, books, and student course consumables (supplies, protective gear, clothing, and 3rd party fees).
