Fitness and Wellness Classes

Mindful Meditation

2 – 2:30 P.M. • Tuesdays (March – April)

Mindful Meditation involves focusing on the present moment with non-judgmental awareness. It includes paying attention to your breath, sensations, or an object, while allowing distractions to come and go without judgment. This practice helps reduce stress, improve emotional regulation, and increase inner peace. Regular practice can enhance focus and provide a greater sense of calm and well-being.

Chair Yoga

12:40 P.M. – 1:10 PM • Thursdays (March – April)

Chair Yoga is a great alternative for those who are unable to participate in a traditional yoga class due to less mobility or who spend most of their time in a chair at work. Practicing Chair Yoga includes performing asana (postures) sitting on a chair or standing using a chair for support. This class will help loosen and stretch muscles, build strength and balance, reduce stress and anxiety, and improve circulation. Both those who are new to Yoga and have regular Yoga practice are welcome. Please wear comfortable clothing.

  • 6 octane pro 3700 front entry ellipticals
  • 2 octane lx 8000 lateral ellipticals – the latest elliptical on the market, a whole new range of motion
  • 2 octane xr 6000 seated ellipticals – these are great for those just getting into cardio, easy on the joints and you can work your legs, arms, or both
  • 2 concept II rowing machines
  • 2 cybex stationary bikes and 3 cybex recumbent bikes, all with built-in TVs 
  • 2 cybex arc trainers –  a total body cross trainer that combines 3 motions in 1 machine: glide, stride and climb
  • Over 30 pieces of cybex circuit training equipment, including machines for lower body, upper body and core workouts
  • Dumbells ranging from 5lbs to 100lbs
  • 2 benches for olympic bar bell weightlifting
  • Hoist smith machine, double sided racking system that allows for maximum safety when lifting
  • Cybex bravo, a functional trainer that allows for hundreds of movements at one machine
