Student Leadership Series: Mindfulness for Student Leaders

Come in comfortable clothing, ready to breathe and practice skills that will bring you back to the present moment and strengthen your ability to lead others. There will be a brief talk about mindfulness, followed by time to practice with guided meditation and gentle movement. You can always adapt the instructions to what works for you. It will be a calm and relaxed vibe so you can learn and recharge. We have yoga mats, but feel free to bring your own if you like.
