It is time for the Distinguished Employee Award nomination process! We know many of you went above and beyond in 2023 for Laurel Ridge and our students! This is your time to recognize your peers for their performance in the 2023 calendar year.
We will distribute five awards during our May Employee Recognition Event:

- Laurel Ridge Community College Distinguished Part Time Staff ([email protected])
- Laurel Ridge Community College Distinguished Adjunct Faculty (nominated via The Faculty Council)
- Laurel Ridge Community College Distinguished Full Time Faculty (nominated via The Faculty Council)
Nominations will be accepted for three weeks and are due on January 19, 2024 at 11:59 p.m. via email submission (no form necessary).
How to Nominate:
Specifically describe behaviors and actions that exhibits exemplary performance, dedication and commitment in Values of Learning, High Performance, Integrity, Positive Spirit, and Diversity. Submit email to:
Applicants must be employed by Laurel Ridge for a continuous two-year period by May 1 of the current year, have no active written notices, and may not have received the award within the previous 5 years.
