It is time for the Distinguished Employee Award nomination process! We know many of you went above and beyond in 2022 for Laurel Ridge and our students! This is your time to recognize your peers for their performance in the 2022 calendar year.
We will distribute five awards during our May Employee Recognition Event:

- Laurel Ridge Community College Distinguished Adjunct Faculty (nominated via The Faculty Council)
- Laurel Ridge Community College Distinguished Full Time Faculty (nominated via The Faculty Council)
Nominations will be accepted for three weeks and are due on January 24 at 11:59 p.m. via email submission (no form necessary).
For the nominations in the categories of Full Time or Part Time Staff:
Specifically describe behaviors and actions that exhibits exemplary performance, dedication and commitment in 2 or more Values of Learning, High Performance, Integrity, Positive Spirit, and Diversity. Submit email to:

Specifically describe behaviors and actions that exhibits specific details on how this employee exhibits exemplary performance, dedication and commitment in 2 or more of the domains of Management Effectiveness and Leadership, College and Community Service, Professional Growth and Development, and non-routine Strategic and Special Project Activities and Responsibilities. Applicants must be employed by Laurel Ridge for a continuous two-year period by May 1 of the current year, have no active written notices, and may not have received the award within the previous 5 years.
