PLEASE NOTE: The dates below are only an estimate. The process is completed by multiple offices so it may vary.

Keep in Mind:

  • Students taking only late starting classes (second 8-week and/or second or third 5-week) will have a notice on their To Do List about a delayed refund.
  • During the Week Processing Begins, your award(s) may not be visible, which likely means the Business Office is processing them. Award(s) will again show on your account once the process is finished as well as the amount of the refund.
  • Any refund you are due will be processed based on your Refund Preference.

Check / Change Your Refund Preference

  1. Log into MyLaurelRidge
  2. Click the SIS Tile
  3. Click Account Details under the Tuition & Payments section
    • Click Account Details under the Tuition & Payments section.
  4. Click Manage Refunds(Ensure pop-ups are allowed)
    • Click Manage Refunds. Ensure Pop-ups are allowed.
  5. First Time Users Only: Create Account, setup security questions, and pin. Then you will be prompted to update your refund method.
    • First Time Users: Create Account, select Security Questions and pin.
  6. Returning Users: Click Manage Refunds to check or update your refund preferences.
    • Returning Users: Click Manage Refunds
