Thanks to the generosity of donors in our community, the Laurel Ridge Educational Foundation has a Helping Hand Fund to address exceptional financial hardship facing Laurel Ridge students caused by recent unexpected life events that could affect their continuing education.
Examples of emergency situations include house fire, unanticipated medical issues, homelessness, marital separation, and job loss.

If you have not yet completed the general scholarship application, you will be directed to that application first. After submitting the general scholarship application, you will see the ‘Helping Hand Fund’ opportunity on your dashboard within the scholarship portal. Hit the ‘complete’ button to fill out an submit your assistance application. After submitting this application, a staff member will reach out to you to discuss your circumstances and determine whether any assistance is available.
