Lean Systems

Lean Systems is an established continuous improvement system focusing on process refinement that applies to all industries (i.e. healthcare, software development, manufacturing, and service) and organizations and will enhance the overall performance in quality, cost, delivery, safety, and customer satisfaction. Applying the Lean principles can reduce inventory, increase storage space, decrease quality defects, empower employees, and reduce costs. As a participant of this class series, you will interactively learn the Basics of Lean. Key principles learned include elimination of waste, continuous improvement (Kaizen), pull system, respect for people, value stream mapping, and flexible and efficient production. By being a member of this class, you will receive the “2 Second Lean” book by Paul Akers and view their profound videos.
