Emergency Medical Technician

The EMT course is now an accelerated hybrid course offering students to complete their Emergency Medical Technician certification at a quicker pace than traditional schools. Course completion will allow the student to move on to Advanced Emergency Medical Technician and / or Paramedic certification.

The EMS Program is open to men and women who provide evidence of interest, motivation and aptitude in the area of pre-hospital health care. Students are selected on the basis of established criteria and without regard to age, race, creed, sex, or national origin.

All students must satisfy the admission requirements listed for each program. Applications are not complete until all required documents are received. The deadline for completed applications is due at least two weeks prior to the start of the semester.
