This is a self-paced Canvas course that all students are enrolled in as a way to learn how to navigate Canvas. All students will see the Building with Canvas course on the Dashboard after logging into Canvas.

Purpose

This tutorial course is designed to help students learn how to use Canvas effectively in a face-to-face classroom AND within online learning environments. No prior Canvas experience is required. 

Method

Students will earn four badges to demonstrate their accomplishments. Badges are earned at the end of each Module. Canvas will track your progress, page views, and time on task.

Time Needed

Each module contains approximately 15-25 minutes of content. Plan on approximately 1 hour to review all 4 modules, watch the videos, and complete activities.
