Laurel Ridge Community College Workforce Solutions is proud to cohost Leadercast 2026: Champion the Leader Within, a one-day leadership simulcast experience designed to inspire, equip, and strengthen leaders at every level.
Laurel Ridge, in partnership with Alamo Drafthouse Cinema in Winchester, is bringing this nationally-recognized leadership development event to employers, managers and emerging leaders across the region in June. The global Leadercast experience will be rebroadcast 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. June 10, at the Fauquier Campus, and again, 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. on June 18, at the Alamo.
This year’s theme, Champion the Leader Within, focuses on leadership, organizational health, and personal growth. Participants will gain practical insights they can apply immediately in the workplace, strengthening teams and building sustainable leadership capacity throughout the year.
The 2026 Leadercast speaker lineup includes:
- Patrick Lencioni, bestselling author and founder of The Table Group, addressing organizational health and building cohesive teams
- Andy Stanley, leadership communicator and founder of North Point Ministries, sharing strategies for clarity and effective leadership
- Kim Anthony, author and personal development professional, focusing on confidence and personal leadership
- Gen. Paul E. Funk II (Ret.), leadership advisor and retired four-star general, speaking on high-performing teams and organizational transformation
- Matt Besler, former U.S. Men’s National Soccer Team defender, offering insights on teamwork and leadership from elite athletics
- Jordan Montgomery, executive coach and founder of Montgomery Companies, serving as host and emphasizing real world leadership execution
