Nelnet Campus Commerce Payment Plan

In an effort to continue to provide quality services to students, Laurel Ridge Community College has chosen Nelnet Campus Commerce to be its payment plan administrator.

Nelnet Campus Commerce payment plan is a great option to break down tuition payments into equal amounts.

When to Enroll in the Payment Plan

Students who are interested in enrolling in the Nelnet Campus Commerce monthly payment plan must register for classes first.

Simple Steps to Enroll

  • Log on to MyLaurelRidge; Click on VCCS SIS Student Information System
  • Click on “My Student Information” button; your name and EmplID# are listed on this button
  • Under  Finances, click on “Apply for a Payment Plan”; make sure your pop-up blockers are OFF.
  • Follow the instructions on the following pages.
  • Once you are enrolled, you can manage your plan at: https://mycollegepaymentplan.com/laurelridge/
  • The Payment Plan phone number is: (800) 609-8056

Payment Methods

  • Automatic bank payment (ACH)
  • Credit card/debit card –  American Express, Discover, Mastercard, and Visa accepted.

Note: Payments are processed on the 16th of the month and will continue until the balance is paid in full. If you choose to use a credit card, a fully disclosed processing fee will apply.

Refunds

If you drop a class on or before the last date to drop and receive a refund, your refund will be issued within 4 to 8 weeks – depending on the class session in which you are enrolled.
