David Brubaker is Professor Emeritus of Organizational Studies at Eastern Mennonite University in Harrisonburg, Virginia. He has 38 years of experience in workplace mediation and organizational consulting and is a partner with Cooperative By Design and on the roster of the Center for Congregational Health. David is the author of several books, including When the Center Does Not Hold: Leading in an Age of Polarization (Fortress Press, 2019)
