Driven and inspired by her own personal life experiences, Meredith Speir, is thrilled to publish her first short story with the help of Brave Kids. She is the Co-Founder and Chief Operating Officer of The Recovery Connection in Winchester, Virginia. The Recovery Connection is a treatment provider for those that identify as female and struggle with substance use. Meredith is also a Certified and Registered Peer Recovery Specialist in Virginia and has 14 years in recovery.
