The first 10 individuals to sign up and complete all requirements will receive $50. For Full Rules and More Information\, please visit the Mindfulness Training for Parent Scholars landing page (laurelridge.edu/mindfulness)! \n\n\nWho Can participate?\nLaurel Ridge students who consider themselves parents of a child under 18. \nWhen?\nWednesday\, September 3\, 10\, 17\, 24\nPick a session each Wednesday of September: 9:30 a.m.\, 4:00 p.m.\, and 6:30 p.m. \nWhat Is Happening?\nThere will be 4 in-person classes on mindfulness\, teaching you skills that might help with stress and coping. Feel free to bring your child and have them with you. It will be a relaxed and fun environment.
