SUMMARY:Wildlife Happenings: Celebrating Wildlife Through Art
DESCRIPTION:An Exhibition Featuring the Artworks of Cindy Kreiman and Simona Bergman \n\n\n\nExhibition Dates\n\n\n\nJuly 29 – Oct. 23  \n\n\n\nArtist Talk and Reception\n\n\n\nThursday\, Sept. 24\, 2026 1– 4 p.m. Meet the artists\, learn about their inspiration\, and explore the stories behind their works celebrating wildlife and the natural world.  \n\n\n\nLocation: Sekel Art Atrium in Cornerstone Hall \n\n\n\nFREE and Open to the Public \n\n\n\n\n\n\n\nAbout the Exhibition\n\n\n\nWildlife Happenings brings together the artwork of Cindy Kreiman and Simona Bergman\, two artists whose lives and creative work are deeply rooted in a love for animals\, nature\, and conservation.  \n\n\n\n\n\n\n\nThrough painting and visual storytelling\, the artists seek to inspire awareness of the beauty\, importance\, and vulnerability of wildlife and the habitats upon which all living things depend. Their work encourages viewers to reflect on the connections between people\, animals\, and the natural world – and the responsibility we share in protecting it.  \n\n\n\nAs Cindy Kreiman explains:  \n\n\n\n“We are speaking through our art to bring about awareness to the plight and importance of our wildlife and their habitats. Once they’re gone\, there’s no turning back. When we lose them\, we lose ourselves.” \n\n\n\nAbout the Artists \n\n\n\n\n\n\n\nCindy Kreiman  \n\n\n\nAnimals and nature have been central to Cindy’s life from an early age. Through wildlife rescue efforts\, shelter work\, and a career in education serving children with special needs\, she has dedicated herself to helping those most in need. Her artwork reflects her belief that wildlife\, natural landscapes\, waterways\, and the air we breathe are precious gifts that deserve protection and respect. \n\n\n\n\n\n\n\nSimona Bergman  \n\n\n\nFor Simona\, nature has always been a source of inspiration\, peace\, and wonder. An educator for more than 18 years\, she has used science\, art\, literature\, and music to help children develop a deeper appreciation for every living creature. Through her wildlife paintings\, she continues her lifelong mission of promoting kindness\, conservation\, and awareness. Proceeds from her artwork support wildlife rehabilitation\, animal shelters\, sanctuaries\, and humanitarian causes. \n\n\n\nQuestions?
