Mindfulness Meditation - Spring 2023

Give yourself the gift of presence and a practice that supports well-being. Janet leads meditation most Tuesdays at 2pm in Hazel Hall Room 210 and via Zoom (except on 2/14, when she will be in the Remington Room, Wolk Library).
