Mindfulness Meditation is led by Janet weekly, on most Tuesdays, during the semester. From 2-2:30pm, our mindfulness meditation sessions are reasonably paced, relaxing, and open to anyone and everyone!!! Join via Zoom at laurelridge.edu/meditation.
