High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT)

Located in Even Humbert Fitness Center. High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT) is a 30-minute class that alternates short periods of high intensity work with rest periods; cardio-based using mostly bodyweight movements and minimal equipment. Free for students and employees.
