Functional Fitness

Located in Even Humbert Fitness Center. Functional Fitness is a 45-minute class at a moderate to high intensity that challenges cardio, strength, and muscular endurance; workout styles will vary and include bodyweight movements, kettlebells, dumbbells, rowing machines, and stationary bikes with an emphasis on functional movement. Free for students and employees.
